Swedish Massage

$70 per 1 hour

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. Combining oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion, it promotes healthy circulation from head to toe. The benefits of Swedish massage are wide-ranging, including relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage

$70 per 1 hour

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of body tissue. It is highly effective for releasing chronically stressed areas due to misalignment, repetitive motion, or past injuries. Due to the nature of deep tissue work, open communication is key. It should be intense, but never painful. You may experience a little soreness afterwards, so drink plenty of water to flush out toxins that may be released during treatment.

Reflexology

$40 per half hour

Reflexology is a type of bodywork that applies pressure to specific nerve zones in the feet. Unlike typical foot massages that mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is based on in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to experts, every part of the human body is connected to points on the feet. Working through these points can alleviate conditions such as allergies, headaches, depression, and more.

Cancer/Oncology Massage

$65 per 1 hour

Oncology Massage is a special type of massage developed specifically for cancer patients who have unique needs that must be addressed to ensure that treatment supports their physical, emotional, and pychological needs. In these sessions, I will focus my attention on creating a gentle, nurturing environment for you to relax into.

Senior Massage

$65 per 1 hour

Senior Massage is designed to meet the unique needs of the young-at-heart (who may be feeling the aches and pains of aging). It can help improve blood circulation, relieve pain, increase range of motion, and even alleviate symptoms of depression. If you are over 65, this type of massage can help you maintain and improve your overall health and regain physical functions that can be lost as we age.

Hot Stone Therapy

$80 per 75 min

Hot Stone Therapy is a style of massage where heated stones are placed at specific sites on the body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation. Applying warmth to the musles releases tension and stress more quickly and intensely than typical massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Active Isolated Stretching

$75 per 75 min

Developed by Aaron Mattes, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your risk of injuries, but can also help strengthen tendons and improve your circulation. Great for athletes and office workers alike.
